We take 1 business day for packaging and internal processing of your product, after which it is safely shipped to your location. If you receive a damaged, misfit or incorrect item, contact our team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Order cancellations are accepted within 1 business day of the original purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been picked, packed, and handed to our delivery partner, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process will apply.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, laundered, or returned without original tags will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer. However, if there’s no availability of a certain product, we ensure that we refund the entire amount of purchase that was charged from the customer.
