Payment Terms
To simplify the shopping process, Silkaorvian operates solely on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. We collect the full payment in cash at your doorstep when the package arrives. Since we do not process digital payments at the time of checkout, we do not store your credit card or sensitive fiscal details.

Delivery Timeline and Logistics
We strive to get your selections to you promptly. Our standard delivery timeline is 3 to 4 business days. This period includes 2 business days dedicated to order packaging and shipping preparations at our facility. Once the package leaves our warehouse and is handed over to our logistics partners, the delivery process is finalized.

Refund Process
Because we operate via COD, we do not possess your banking information. If a refund is approved, our team will contact you via email to request your bank details. We process all refunds through bank transfers.
Once we initiate the transfer, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your specific banking provider's processing times. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
